Terms of use

This service is operated by S.A.B.A. For Integrated Systems. It is private software provided to organisations for running employee appraisals. It is not a public service and there is nothing here to sign up for.

This text is also published in Arabic, as a translation. If the English and Arabic versions differ, the English version prevails.

Who may use it

Access is by invitation from an employer that has arranged to use the service. Accounts are created for named people at that employer. Sharing an account, or using someone else's, is not permitted, because the whole point of an appraisal record is that it is attributable to a person.

What you can expect from us

That the service does what these pages say it does, that your answers are handled as the privacy page describes, and that we will tell your employer promptly if something goes wrong that affects them.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Appraisals run in windows rather than continuously, and maintenance is scheduled around that where possible.

What we ask of you

Answer honestly, and do not attempt to identify who gave a particular piece of feedback. The service withholds comparisons that could be worked backwards for exactly this reason, and working around that protection defeats the purpose of the exercise for everyone.

Do not attempt to access parts of the service you have not been given access to, or to disrupt it for others.

Results and decisions

A report produced by this service is one input to a conversation, not a decision. Decisions about pay, progression or performance are made by your employer, and questions about them belong with your employer rather than with us.
